    • The serial number must be written in the invoice address field (P.O. Box 38814992).

    • The invoice and all attachments must be sent in a single PDF file.

    • The invoice must be attached to the email as a PDF file (version 1.3 or newer) and must start from page one.

    • Any text written in the email body will not be processed.

    • The PDF must not be password protected.

    • The PDF file name must not contain special characters and must end with .pdf.

    • The maximum size of a single email invoice is 10 MB.
